I consider myself a creative software technician.
My base skill is "to make things work". I take all the bits and pieces and try to glue them together in a nice way. -And if there is no nice way- I'll do it the ugly way :)
I work on many different projects. Some very small, others quite big. You'll find some references in the flash-thing if you look left.
I like to be there, completing the projects and releasing stuff. I am concerned with the end product not the process.
When I am leader of the technical team I put great effort in translating back and forth between the programming team and other teams.
From a programmers point of view: At some point in a development process the talking has to stop and work has to begin. I make sure that the talk-people get happy when they see the product.
